Meet The Trainers
Chrissy
Chrissy Atiles is a Long Island native who moved to Texas in the summer of 2020. She served in the United States Air Force from 2010-2015 as a law enforcement officer and participated in several Military Working Dog training seminars. Since her military career she explored many career path changes before she finally found her true calling as a dog trainer. Chrissy absolutely loves being the reason why owners are so proud of their pup’s transformation.

Ashley
Ashley Wilber is from upstate New York but she relocated to Texas in 2016. She has had dogs all her life and has been working with dogs professionally since 2016. She left her job working at a major pet store chain and joined Bulletproof in 2019. Ashley is a huge dog lover with a passion to help dogs be the best version of themselves possible. Her favorite part of training dogs is witnessing the way a transformed dog can make an impact on the lives of the pup and their family.

Elle
Elle Stradling moved to Texas in 2021 and has been training dogs since 2019. She is a Canine Good Citizen Evaluator, has temperament-tested puppies in training programs, and trained with United Schutzhund Clubs of America. Her favorite thing about continuing dog training is learning new skills and how to train each dog’s personality. She will often research random training techniques in her spare time for fun.

Gage
Gage Toussaint was born in Corpus Christi, Texas. He has been around dogs his entire life & developed a love for them at a young age. Right out of high school he joined the Air Force, where he spent 4.5 years as a Security Forces Member. Gage got out of the Air Force to pursue his passion for dogs. He finds a sense of pride transforming dogs into obedient companions for their families.

Colton
Colton Osterman is a west coast native that served four honorable years in the United States Navy from 2010 to 2014. After the military, Colton received his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Colton moved to Texas in 2019 to explore career opportunities. Colton joined Bulletproof Dog Training in August 2020, and has been training top quality dogs day in and day out ever since.

David
David Hoff served 15 years in the Army. Where he was a Respiratory therapist. He provided care to his patients as well as their family members. He enjoyed improving the quality of life for his patient before he was medically retired. He transitioned into a dog trainer so he could continue serving others. By improving the quality of life of man’s best friend and their owners. When owners are able to do everything they wish they could with their dogs it puts a smile on everyone’s face.

Ashley

Abbigail
Abbigail Aicholtz is from Cincinnati, OH where she started working for Bulletproof with the Ohio team in early 2022. She then relocated to San Antonio, TX in late 2022 to be with her fiancé who serves in the United States Air Force where she continued working for Bulletproof. Abbigail grew up with dogs all of her life and has been working with dogs professionally since 2020. She started in the medical field as a veterinary assistant which gave her a lot of knowledge and experience regarding the health and well-being of dogs. She then had a career change and wanted to get more into the training/behavior field which is when she joined the Bulletproof family. In her free time, Abbigail likes to spend time with her fiancé and their two pups Ashtrix (German Shepherd) and Archer (Australian Shepherd). Abbigail’s favorite part about training is seeing how it changes the lives of not only the dog, but the owners as well. She loves how much happier people can be owning a well-trained dog.


Rabea
Rabea Ervin-Casillas was born and raised in Germany and has been a military spouse for over 17 years. She moved to San Antonio in 2020 to be able to train dogs full time. She has been working with dogs for over 10 years and has been certified since 2014 through Animal Behavior College. Her certifications include:

Tom Tenkman Native of Cincinnati, Ohio Studied dog behavior at National K-9 school for dog trainers. Certified Professional Trainer, certified in Advanced obedience, Behavior Modification, Utility, Puppy Development, Tracking, Scent detection, Personal protection, Retrieval. Before training dog I worked for Krogers as a manager for 20 years.

Chip
Chip Frederick was born and raised in Oakland, Maryland where he was active in sports including football, basketball and baseball. He joined the US Army National Guard his senior year of high school at the age of 17. Upon returning home after Basic Training and AIT at Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri he began working at the local marina. He also played a year of semi professional baseball and raced ATV’s in the Grand National Cross Country series. During his career serving our country he was deployed to Egypt for Operation Bright Star and the Panama Canal for training. After the attacks on 9/11 he was activated for Homeland Security in support of Operation Enduring Freedom where he led a team of soldiers for a Quick Reaction Force at the US Army War College, Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania for a year long deployment. In March 2003 he was once again activated in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom where he served 3 consecutive tours in Iraq. After serving his country for 20 years he worked for the largest producing logger in the state of Maryland as a maintenance technician. July 2021, Chip and his wife Lisa sold their home in Maryland and moved to the San Antonio area to semi-retire and for him to pursue his childhood dream of working with and training dogs. He has always had a passion for training dogs. In his spare time he loves spending time with his wife Lisa and their dog Melo, hunting, and dirt track racing.
Quentin Moloney has been employed with Bulletproof Dog Training for over a year, working in all avenues of our training. Quentin started off in the dog world as a Puppy Trainer for a national retail chain, after which he brought his puppy knowledge in to form our Bulletproof Puppy Program. Quentin is great with dogs as well as people and almost always has a smile on his face!

Tyler Thomas is the newest member of Bulletproof Dog Training, but has already become a valued teammate and has a gift with all animals. He has previously excelled in FFA as a farm hand and customers love his demeanor and hands on approach. When not personally improving and enriching the life of a dog, Tyler enjoys competitive paintball, Jeep off-roading, and spending time with friends and family.

Riley Blaylock is the newest trainer to join team bulletproof! Before joining the team Riley was the chief trainer for the military working dog section at MCB Quantico for the United States Marine Corp. In that five years he supported the president, vice president, and other various three letter agencies and multiple VIP. Riley is excited to get to work with all the different breeds of dogs.

Heather has always enjoyed working with dogs. She started her career in the dog world by managing a small kennel at a Dog Training school and later went on to become a certified Dog Groomer and Canine Aesthetician. Finally she found the best of both worlds working with dogs and people doing something she is truly enjoys and is passionate about at Bulletproof Dog Training!

Shelbie Robeck has been employed with Bulletproof Dog Training since the end of 2021 but has always had a love for dogs. She started her career in the dog world working at a major pet store chain and then moved to working at an animal shelter in San Antonio. She brought the knowledge from the two previous jobs and uses it daily to build bonds with the dogs and their owners. Shelbie’s favorite part of training is to help create a better bond between the dog and their owner and to give everyone more freedom.
